Reflexology is the ancient art of rebalancing the body and addressing wellbeing through the feet.
A therapeutic massage using pressure on predefined zones to relieve pain.
Although not mandatory it is recommended that learners already hold or are studying another recognised complementary therapy qualification to support completion.
