Overview

The question is - what is Agile Project Management and how does it differ from traditional waterfall? What is the Product Owner and what are the skills and competencies required for this role?

The Product Owner is the domain specialist who owns and drives the vision for the project, managing the relationships with the business. Empowered to make decisions about the value, priority and detail of the project, this role is critical to the success or failure of an Agile project.
