Blue Coat Certified Proxy Administrator

Overview

This course is aimed at networking professionals new to Blue Coat appliances, security auditors and architects, systems engineers and post-sale support technicians.

This course prepares for the BCCPA certification exam to be taken at the end of the course.

This course meets all of the pre-requisites for the Blue Coat Certified Proxy Professional 3.1.1 course

This two-day course is intended for those that wish to master the fundamentals of Blue Coat products. The course includes lectures and hands-on labs for a practical experience to install and configure ~ProxySG appliances, develop granular policies with the Visual Policy Manager (VPM), and utilise logging and the Reporter product.

Prerequisites

Delegates should be familiar with networking essentials such as LAN, Internet Security, IP Protocols and have a basic knowledge of authentication methods is also advantageous.
