The Cabinet Office ICT Strategic Implementation Plan has set a target for 50% of projects to use Agile techniques by 2013. methodology?

Session Two: Case Study - Civil Contingency

Ex-Civil Contingency SecretariaJohn recently led a project which adopted Scrum late into its lifecycle. As the Product Owner he subsequently turned the outcomes around to deliver the on time and to budget. The NRE was selected as the Olympics common platform for all partner agencies to share information in the run up to and during The Summer Games. John shares how SCRUM helped to manage:
- prioritised requirements from over 400 stakeholder organisations
- delivery by third party service providers
- in challenging circumstances
Session Three: Round Table Discussion
Table Hosts: Josef Bacher, John Harrison, Allison Sangster- Facilitated discussion groups will allow delegates to discuss
their questions approaches and tactics to address their key
challenges.
Session Four: Knowledge Cafe
This session is optional and allows further individual discussion
with QA's Subject Matter Experts.- Throughout the afternoon there is the opportunity to address specific issues with Agile experts in 1-to-1 discussions.
