ABOUT THE COURSE

Managing Successful Programmes is a framework for successfully delivering large-scale, transformational change through a dossier of related projects and related activities. This elearning will help prepare you for the MSP 5th Edition Foundation examination. The examination is intended to assess whether you can demonstrate sufficient recall and understanding of the MSP programme management framework.

This training is created for you who need a basic understanding of program management and MSP® (Managing Successful Programs). During the training, you will receive an overview of the entire syllabus for MSP® and prepare for the MSP® Foundation certification. The purpose is for you to become an informed member and employee of an MSP® program, in an environment that supports MSP®. Theory is interspersed with practical exercises for you to learn to understand the principles and terminology of the method.

By the end of this learning, you should:

  • Understand how the MSP principles underpin the MSP framework
  • Understand the MSP themes and how they are applied throughout the programme

  • Understand how to start up and handle complex programs.
  • Identify and control the risks in a program.

  • Multiple choice questions / 75 questions
  • 35 points required for passing (out of 70 available) = 50%
  • 60 minutes
  • Book is not allowed at the time of the test
