RelyOn Nutec:
Realistische veiligheidstrainingen voor de offshore, maritieme en wind industrie.
Target group:
For the captain and other persons on board who are responsible for medical care.
Prerequisites:
STCW BT (Basic Training) certificate.
Objective:
Meet the requirements as described in the STCW convention ('78 as amended), section A-VI / 4, Table A-VI / 4-1, Chapter VI (medical first aid). Pursuant to the Seafarers Act, the captain and everyone in charge of medical care on board must be in possession of the 'Medical First Aid' certificate.
Contents:
During the course, the emphasis is on systematically understanding the situation of the patient, contact about this with the Radio Medical Service. First aid, general knowledge of disease theory and the matching skills.
