This course includes two modules: one on feeding your infant and a second on feeding your toddler. It includes fifteen lectures and two handouts, as well as a list of resources including recipes, academic papers, recommended books and websites, and much more. Lectures are divided into 10-15 minute segments to fit into your busy schedule. Total time is between 2 and 3 hours.

There are no prerequisites for this course; everyone is welcome.

All information in this course is meant to provide suggestions & possibilities for parents. In all aspects of parenting there are many "right" ways to do things. Hi there. I’m Camille. I believe that what we eat matters, and that how we eat matters even more. I have been in practice as a nutritionist since 2004, and work primarily with people who need help figuring out a holistic approach to reproductive health issues. I also teach graduate-level courses in Wellness Physiology, Pathophysiology and Pharmacognosy.
