Whatever you need, we will deliver it with efficiency and style.
Audience: Any person who, through the course of their work, it is reasonably foreseeable that they may be exposed to asbestos i.e. refurbishment, maintenance and allied trade workers. Note: this course is not suitable for those whose work involves knowingly disturbing asbestos.
Aims: To provide the target audience with the information, instruction and training as required by regulation 10 of the Control of Asbestos regulations
Objectives: On completion of the course, delegates will be able to:
- the properties of asbestos and its effects on health
- the types, uses and likely occurrence of asbestos and asbestos containing materials in buildings and plant
