understand the basic principles of the contract in order to get the
most out of the course.

At the end of the workshop participants should be able to:
• Understand how NEC3 contracts support effective project risk
management
• Understand the relationship between the Risk Register required by
the ECC and a project risk
• register which may be used by the project team
• Understand how the Risk Register is adapted and changed through
the lifetime of a project
• through the use of early warnings
• Understand how early warnings relate to compensation events, and
how the Accepted
• Programme helps in their management
• Be able to apply these principles on a real project
TIMINGS
This workshop starts at 09:00 and finishes at 17:00 with refreshment breaks mid-morning and afternoon, plus lunch.
All timings, except the start time, are approximate and may be adjusted to suit natural breaks in the lesson.
