To achieve a Chartered Management Institute Certificate in Management and Leadership, you need to successfully complete any combination of units to a minimum of 14 credits. (Units 6001 – 6008 only) The Certificate can take between 1 to 3 months.
There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification. Assessment is normally through practical work based assignments. This ensures you minimise time away from work and that you undertake work study which is relevant to your own organisation’s context. Learners should have sufficient capability at the right level to undertake the learning and assessment.
