The Programme
Do you love Outdoor Activities? Do you want to live, breathe and work in the Great Outdoors? Are you adventurous, determined and enthusiastic? Looking for a course with a difference? Happy to be outdoors whatever the weather? Willing to put in 110%? The course covers both the theoretical and practical aspects of a wide range of land and water based outdoor adventurous activities. Teaching and assessments are based on realistic situations from the world of outdoor education. On this course we aim to make it as practical as possible; often getting very cold and very wet in the process! An open mind, willingness to try anything and a sense of adventure are essential. The course covers a number of broad themes including improving personal skills and performance in a range of outdoor activities including rock climbing, kayaking/canoeing, sea level traversing, surfing, orienteering/navigation, forest skills and expeditions both at home and abroad.
