Work Experience and visits to hospitals, health centres and ambulance control. Students participate in work experience, 1 day per week for 8 weeks, followed by a 2 week block placement. Placements in the past have included: Antrim hospital, Whiteabbey hospital, Causeway hospital, Braid Valley & Moyle hospital. Students have also received placements in GP surgeries.

Assessment Methods

  • Certificate in Medical Administration
  • Medical knowledge is assessed by both time examinations and assignments.
