Effective accident investigation involves the systematic identification of the immediate and underlying causes of the accident, the understanding of which is the first step in developing appropriate corrective actions to prevent a recurrence.
This course provides theoretical and practical training and focuses on participants gaining the tools and techniques needed to carry out an effective accident investigation and to be able to produce a thorough report making appropriate recommendations.

Who is it For?
This course is designed for anyone who may be involved in
investigating workplace accidents and could include
Directors,managers, Supervisors, Safety Reps or any other member of
staff.
Course duration
Typically a one day course but may be condensed to half day
focusing on theory, subject to the clients needs.
