Course Summary:

As our society becomes more and more diverse, it is important that people understand and value others who have different backgrounds, views, values and beliefs. This course is designed to develop knowledge by raising awareness and by providing practical advice and activities on how to manage diversity in specific organisations. The course will also enable the learner to gain knowledge of individual and organisational diversity experiences, skills and practices, together with an awareness of the different cultures within our diverse society.
