  • Reviewing your own performance as a team member

There are two intakes for this course each academic year. The November course starts on the first of the month with the closing date for applications being the 25th of October. The start date for the second intake is the 1st of March with the closing date for applications being the 21st of February.

You will be required to attend a one hour Induction session at the beginning of your course. You will also be required to attend a two hour tutorial session approximately 11-12 weeks into your course.

HOW WILL I BE ASSESSED?

8003-227 Developing Effective Team Member Skills

This assignment is all about demonstrating you have the knowledge and understanding to develop effective team member skills and work within a productive team. You will be required to write a report for management on what is required to develop effective functioning teams and team members. The estimated word count for this assignment is 1750 words.

8003-230 Developing Yourself as an Effective Team Member

This assignment is all about showing you have the knowledge and understanding to develop yourself as an effective team member. You will be required to deliver a presentation on Teams and effective Teamwork. The estimated word count for this assignment is 850 words.

Please Note

You may want to relate your answers to an organisation that you work in. If you are not currently working within an organisation, then you may complete this task in relation to an organisation with which you are familiar. This could include experience working in a voluntary capacity.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

There are no formal entry requirements but learners must be in a position to meet the assessment demands – ideally using their workplace as the basis for assignments.
