Description
This course meets the requirements of the Early Years foundation stage statutory framework. The course focuses on emergencies that could be faced by professionals, including playgroup leaders, teachers and lunchtime/classroom assistants looking after young children. It would also be beneficial to families with young children. It meets Ofsted requirements for registered childminders and the requirements for nannies under the DfES Approved Carers Scheme. It can also be used as evidence for employees working towards an NVQ in Childcare and Education. This course is only open to non employed people or volunteers.
