What does the course include?
This course had a 100 per cent pass rate in 2011/2012.
This involves the study of what it means to be a citizen of the UK and Europe. You will have the opportunity to analyse the laws and government institutions of the country.
What do I need to get on this course?
As part of a full-time programme of GCSEs, you will need 4 GCSE grades at D. Individual applications are taken on merit, after consultation with guidance staff.
How will I be assessed?
Assessment is split between exam work and a community-based project. The exam is 60% of the final assessment and the coursework is 40%.
