Assessment Method
Assessment will be carried out at the end of each module, using a variety of methods; for example, Phase Tests, essays and poster presentations. Each module successfully achieved equates to 15 credits at either Level 4 or 5.
Progression
On successful completion of the course you will have the opportunity to progress onto a top - up course at University of Bedfordshire. Successful completion of this final year will give you a full Degree qualification.

Classes are currently timetabled on Fridays, one day per week during the first two years and on Thursday for the third and final year. The Foundation Degree is awarded through the University of Bedfordshire.
Entry Requirements
Admission onto the Foundation Degree course is via
- Successful completion of the Certificate HE in Children, Families and Community Health
- 1 ‘A ’level or equivalent + GCSE English
- A portfolio of learning and experience in the case of mature students.
