During this two-day interactive training course, students access the ServiceNow platform in their own student instance, which is a “safe sandbox” loaded with demo and test data.

The course follows a fictitious company and their journey as they work within ServiceNow’s Project Portfolio Management application. The class features lectures, group discussions, demonstrations, and extensive hands-on practice completed through a variety of lab exercises.

OBJECTIVES

After you complete this course you will be able to:

  • Create a demand.
  • Import Microsoft projects into ServiceNow.
  • Use a hybrid approach to work within a project, in order to manage agile and test
  • Manage the project scope, schedule, and resources and communicate efficiently
  • with project teams and stakeholders.

  • Manage project task resources with a clear view of capacity, allocations, and
  • Track time related to resources.
  • Monitor project progress and generate detailed project-level and strategic portfolio-level reports.
