Participants will learn how to design a simple Kanban system using simulations to reach an understanding on:
- Bottlenecks
- Responding to changing priorities
- Managing interruption
- Concept of different classes of work
- Work queues and cost of delay
The course is designed to introduce the concept of the Evolutionary Process Improvement to delivery systems through the successful application of Kanban, and the introduction to progressively accelerating flow of work and operations enhancements:
