Project managers, executives and team leaders especially need this quality to lead their team with empathy to success. In this module, you will learn the ability to successfully manage projects and perfect networking as a team member and leader through trained listening skills. E-Embracing Change: Willingness to change is an essential part of successful leadership and innovative employees. Crises, digitalization and industry changes make phases of change in companies today to a permanent process. A-Assisting: Agile leaders today see themselves more as a coach and assistant to their team and less in a top-down role.
