Full Description:

This course will involve making a range of seasonal Spring time flower sincluding snowdrops, daffodils, primroses along with their foliage.

Your skills and confidence will be developed to a higher level of expertise and you may wish to progress to our 10-30 week Gastro Master Chef Course or a nationally recognised certificated course which are all available in the evening in the Hotel School.

Course fee: £100 Costs:

There is a weekly food cost of £3.50 to cover sundry items. The uniform cost is £10 payable on the first evening.
