Cook Club's Autumn Sugar Craft will involve learning how to make seasonal sugar flowers, berries and nuts as a sugar craft centre piece for a cake or table decoration.
Minimum Age: 14 Start Date: 26/09/2012 End Date: 24/10/2012 Course Length: Three hours per week for five weeks Course Schedule: Wednesday 6 pm to 9 pm (first week will be until 8pm) Entry Requirements:No formal entry requirements however a passion to learn about sugar craft is essential.
Assessment:No formal assessment.
Academic Progression:This course will not provide a formal qualification however there are further short courses available and an opportunity to progress to certificated catering qualifications if …

Full Description:This course will involve making a range of season Autumn berries, nuts and flowers from acorns, rose hips and blackberries.
Your skills and confidence will be developed to a higher level of expertise and you may wish to progress to our 10-30 week Gastro Master Chef Course or a nationally recognised certificated course which are all available in the evening in the Hotel School.
Course fee: £100 Costs:There is a weekly food cost of £3.50 to cover sundry items. The uniform cost is £10 payable on the first evening.
