Action learning provides managers with the ability to study their own actions and experiences,
together with those of their colleagues, in order to improve performance and creatively solve
problems. Action learning is conducted in small teams, called action learning sets, with the process and outcomes managed by the facilitator.

This is a practical and interactive programme that concentrates on the skills required to become
an effective facilitator of Action Learning. The programme will provide the delegates with a set
of tools that enable individuals to understand the process, whilst ensuring their ability to
demonstrate expertise and confidence in future sessions.
