AAT LEVEL 4 DIPLOMA IN ACCOUNTING (DAY)

Level 4 the following units are offered: Core (mandatory units) Financial Statements, Budgeting, Financial Performance, Internal Control and Accounting Systems. Plus optinal units - for which students must choose two of the five Credit Control, Personal Tax, Cash Management and External Auditing (Note: not all optional units may be offered at the centre.

How you will gain the qualification

At each stage of the scheme students are assessed against nationally recognised standards using computer based exams (set and marked by the AAT) and e-delivered case studies (assessed by the College).

The skills requirement at the Level 4 also consists of a project/case study.

What qualifications you need

Level 3 certificate in Accounting or equivalent

UK De Accounting.

PE1 or equivalent of Sponsoring Boies qualification.

Where to next

The AAT qualification is particularly suited to those beyond school leaving age who would like to gain new skills or bring existing ones up to date.

The course is a must for anyone wishing to progress in any sphere of accounting or wishing to obtain formal recognised qualifications as an Accounting Technician.
