AAT LEVEL 3 DIPLOMA IN ACCOUNTING (EVENING)

The AAT Level 3 Diploma programme consists of the following units:- Accounts Preparation, Prepare Final Accounts for Sole Traders and Partnerships, Costs and Revenues, Professional Ethics, Spreadsheet Software, Indirect Tax.

How you will gain the qualification

At each stage of the scheme students are assessed against nationally recognised standards using computer based exams (set and marked by the AAT) and e-delivered case studies (assessed by the College). Students are encouraged to use evidence generated in their workplace to demonstrate competence at all stages of the programme.

What qualifications you need

NVQ Level 2 in Accounting / Level 2 Certificate in Accounting BTEC National Diploma / Certificate GNVQ Business Advanced A Level Acounting (grade A-E) Two other academic A Levels (grade A-E) or equivalent HND / HNC

Where to next

The AAT Intermediate qualification is particularly suited to those who are beyond school leaving age, and would like to gain new skills or bring existing ones up to date. It is also suited to those wishing to attend University. The course is a must for anyone wishing to progress in any sphere of accounting or wishing to obtain formal recognised qualifications as an Accounting Technician.
