Introduction

This course encourages students to develop an interest and enjoyment of literature.

What Will I Learn

You will study drama and prose and encourages you to develop an interest and enjoyment of literature. This is achieved through reading widely, critically and independently across centuries, genre and gender.

How Will I Be Assessed?

The course is made up of both coursework and exams.

Entry Requirements

You will need 5 GSCEs at C grade or above. GCSE English Literature is essential and GCSE English Language is preferable.
