The team leaders and team members are the brains and muscle behind the Lean Six Sigma programme it is critical that they are equipped with the appropriate skills and tools to enable them to deliver current and future improvements.

There is not an exam taken during this course. Delegates would sit the Lean Six Sigma Practitioner Green Belt exam on the final day of the Lean Six Sigma Practitioner Green Belt Part 2 course. Download your
