• Questions: 40 multiple-choice questions
• Pass Mark: 28/40 (70%)

ITIL Managing Professional Transition – Product, Service & Experience Exam

• Duration: 120 minutes
• Format: Open book (official ITIL Product, Service, and Experience books only)
• Questions: 60 multiple-choice questions
• Pass Mark: 42/60 (70%)

Both exams may be taken separately and in any order. Successful completion of both exams awards the official ITIL® Managing Professional (Version 5) certification issued by PeopleCert. The certification is subject to the PeopleCert Continuing Development Programme (CPD).
