Who is this course for?This course is for you if you have a keen interest in the catering industry and would like to gain the basic skills required to begin a career within a professional kitchen or food service.

You will do practical kitchen classes to develop your skills and knowledge of basic cookery methods, including use of equipment and health and safety. - 3 GCSEs Grade E or above
- You should have a strong interest in working in the catering and hospitality sector and demonstrate a commitment to succeed

Are there any additional costs?
Learners will be required to purchase their own personal equipment. Also a uniform is required to work in the kitchen and restaurant, prices and details will be discussed at interview. Bursary funds may be available to help with additional costs.Share your review
