Who is this course for?Learners who have aspirations to progress to study at University, but do not have the relevant Level 3 qualification.
What will I do on the course?
Complete GCSE equivqlences in both Maths and English. Study 4 of the following modules: Biological Science, Education Studies, Health Studies, Human Biology, Literary and Film STudies, Psychology, Sociology (subject to progression) alongside core modules in ICT and Academic Studies.What qualifications do I need?

You will need to have previously achieved at least one GCSE grade C or above in English or Maths, and be prepared to study the other alongside the Access course if required. If you are considering a career in teaching you will also need GCSE Science at grade C or above. You will also need to be able to demonstrate Level 2 competency in literacy and a minimum of level 1 numeracy through an online initial assessment and a written comprehension exercise. Motivation and determination to succeed on this intensive programme must be demonstrated as well as being prepared to gain relevant vocational experience.When does the course start?
