Colour Phenomena: A practical introduction to colour phenomena, colour dynamics and the basics of Goethe’s Theory of Colour. The way we approach colours may determine what they reveal to us. The ‘Scale of Darkness’ and Imagination: Imaginative exploration of narrative and image will be developed artistically. Image and Lustre: We find a transition from pure lustre to image colours, explicitly researching the different qualities of what Rudolf Steiner calls the Image Colours. The motifs in our paintings will be the outcome of a colour process. Drawing: We will explore a variety of drawing techniques and qualities of light and darkness in nature reflected on objects and expressed imaginatively. Techniques: wet on wet watercolour painting, conte, graphite, charcoal coloured pencils and pastels.
