On this workshop we give you the skills and techniques to really improve on your delivery. We look at the following areas in detail on the day:

  • Skills Needed - We explore these skills based on our experiences and identify our own development needs.
  • Session Structure - We ask why is it important that we have a structure and look at the key areas that should be covered in every presentation or pitch.
  • Effective Communication - The methods of communication are explored and we identify key traits that individuals need to apply to get their message across.
  • Effective Questioning - The use of questioning and how we engage with the group is vital in any presentation.  Furthermore we show you how the use of rhetorical questioning adds a professional finish to any presentation or pitch.
  • Visual Aids - Many of us have suffered 'death by PowerPoint', we show you how to avoid this.
  • Dealing with Behaviour - The ability to be able to deal with situations and behaviour is vital in any presentation or pitch.  We show you how to avoid conflict and deal with any situation efficiently and effectively.

This is a fantastic one day session that will improve your presentations or pitches now. Furthermore, the day can be used as a starting point for individuals who wish to undertake further training qualifications or are keen for a career in training, marketing or sales. It is a practical based workshop and includes presentations, group activities, discussions and action planning.
