This shorter course is ideal for individuals with limited time to dedicate to studying. Also those who have perhaps worked in smaller Hotels here in UK or abroad and want to learn Opera PMS as well as refresh their knowledge.


Once you are taught the theory of standard procedures, we give you access to an individual computer, where you learn to implement them on the programme called Opera PMS. Throughout the training every student has access to an individual computer, meaning you do not have to share a computer.


You will use it to create bookings, process cancellations, carry out amendments, complete check-ins and check-outs, check availability, understand rates, read the rate grid, use function keys, exchange foreign currencies etc.


At the end of the course you will have a clear understanding of UK Hotel procedures and brand-standards and able to run the system efficiently once you start working in hotels.
