Course Membership

  • Middle-level managers whose responsibilities include managing other managers and/or professional staff.

  • Experienced professionals who hold positions equivalent to middle managers and who (although without line-management responsibilities) want to develop their understanding of the ways in which management and organisations work.

  • To help participants take stock of their current approach to management, develop new insights and assess the impact of their behavioural style

  • To help participants understand the processes of change and continuous improvement and to enable them to champion the changes both up, down and across the organisation
