Trainer Profile

Jean Sutcliffe

In this climate of uncertainty it’s vital for you to update your skills. With more Managers taking control of their E Mails, the Secretary/PA needs to broaden their role, take on more managerial responsibilities and raise their profile.

I’ve worked as a top PA for several years, and over time developed my role, to work on projects and then moved into leading and managing a large team.

Along with the skills and techniques in the course I can offer you the wisdom (and pain!) of my own experience and give you help and guidance on how you can update your skills to become a top PA, and become indispensable to your boss.

The Faculty

Along withAlison Cowper and Teresa Benzinski, Jean Sutcliffe ispart of the dedicated faculty team who will deliver this course. The initials next to each date below indicate which trainer is scheduled to deliver which event.
