The Benefits of a Residential Course

Why is this a residential course?

We believe it allows you to continue your learning in a relaxed way (one of the exercises is carried out over dinner with the facilitators), it builds your network with other senior business leaders and encourages all in sharing knowledge and experience with fellow delegates.

It also means that the facilitators can give you the one-to-one coaching and feedback in a relaxed environment.

This will provide leaders with an opportunity to measure the success of their action plans over a six-month period. The session will focus on the leader's specific needs identified from the 360 degree feedback, identify success factors and continue to develop leadership behaviours that are key to success in your organisation.

Trainer Profile

Phil McKew

This is an unusual and exceptional course in three ways. Firstly being residential, delegates often open up and really explore what makes them tick as a leader and gives them their personal voice, values and vision.

Secondly, the event offers a lot of time for one-to-one feedback with the trainer based around a highly respected and widely used international 360 degree feedback tool which offers a lot of insights, challenges, questions, encouragement and inspiration to anyone who attends.

Thirdly, delegates are encouraged very much to support and challenge one another (the course subtitle is after all ‘why should anyone follow you?’) to engage, empathise and empower their teams to achieve great things and be proud of them for doing so!

The Faculty

Along withMatt Plant and Ian Caldecourt, Phil McKew is part of the dedicated faculty team who will deliver this course. The initials next to each date below indicate which trainer is scheduled to deliver which event.

Recent delegates have said:

“Very enjoyable - many thanks to Phil who was fun, engaging, honest - very good.”
