This course is aimed at experienced support and help desk staff and will cover advanced configuration techniques. PC troubleshooting experience would be assumed and a preferred prerequisite would be attendance of our Level 1 and Level 2 courses.

This is a very hands-on course and delegates are encouraged to bring with them any equipment they would like to examine and configure as part of the course.
