Process Improvement through Lean Six Sigma training provides a systematic approach which reduces waste in the value stream. It not only covers defective products, but all types of defective work. It identifies defects, overproduction, inventories (in process or finished goods), unnecessary processing, unnecessary movement of people, unnecessary transport of goods, waiting, and designing goods and services that don't meet customer's needs. This programme integrates the principles of (R)DMAIC(T). This results in product designs that consistently meet customer requirements, target costs, target release dates, and manufacturing requirements.

Self Assessment through EFQM Model Training, the participants will
be able to learn:

- The history of Six Sigma
- Root cause analysis and robust problem solving
- Basic statistics and displays of data
- Process mapping and measurement techniques
- Lean tools and their application
- The (R)DMAIC(T) process improvement technique
- How to measure and quantify process performance
- Statistical and other analytical methods for identifying and understanding sources of variation
