This module provides an evidence based approach to coaching and mentoring at team, organisation, systems and community level. The context and policy drivers for coaching and mentoring at work, in education and the children's agenda are explored as are the implications and possibilities arising from this. Participants are invited to explore theories and models of organisations, their climate, culture and learning in order to generate ways of taking coaching and mentoring forward in real life organisational environments and to link this to their own experience.
