  • Determine the key environmental legislation, agreements & initiatives relating to an organisation & their relevance to operations.
  • Instigate management controls to ensure that operations do not pollute & compliance is maintained.
  • Design & implement processes for the assessment, interpretation & management of environmental performance.

Certification

Successful completion of the course leads to Associate Membership of the Institute of Environmental Management (IEMA).The course assessment consists oftwo open book examinations, 75 minutes at the end of Week 1 and 150 minutes at the end of Week 2.
IEMA membership for the first year is included in the course fees.
