Who is this course for? A student who wishes to study full-time to progress to university courses having recently achieved a range of GCSE qualifications. What qualifications could I achieve ? On successful completion of this course, you will achieve AS Level certificates in each subject on your programme. What can the course lead to ? On successful completion of this course, you may progress to Year 2 of the A Level programme to take A2 subjects according to the subjects and grades that you have achieved. How do I join the course ? You must complete a full-time application form and make an appointment for an interview with a Tutor. References will be required from your previous educational establishment. Will I need an interview ? Yes, before you can enrol. Are there any extra costs for equipment/materials ? Yes, students are expected to purchase a textbook for the course and the following are recommended texts authored by Mike Benn and Graham George. EDEXCEL Physics for AS - ISBN:9780340888025 (Hodder Education) A good scientific calculator is also required, a clear 30cm ruler, set square and pencil.
